The American Heart Association PALS course is designed and often taken by health care professionals and others who want to identify the need for CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) and recognize life threatening emergencies by providing high quality care. This training is used in a wide variety of health care settings. The course includes

  • CPR for infants and children
  • Importance and training using a AED (Automated external defibrillator)
  • Ventilations while using a barrier device
  • Identifying and intervening airway obstruction (choking) for children along with cardiac pulmonary arrest.Details”When taking the in person class a book is required before, during and after class. The class is approximately 7-8 hours with breaks. Student should be prepared to follow AHA instructions including demonstration of cpr cycles. Class requires bending and kneeling during demonstration and feedback.A passing score of the American Heart Association exam and hands on skill competency is required to receive the AHA verifiable BLS e-card
  • Renewal students must present a non expired AHA card prior to the start of class for recertification
  • Instructor accepts Apple Pay, Cash and Zelle Payments. No refunds. Late or missed classes can be rescheduled.
